About Our Online MBA Program

The Williams College of Business at Xavier University strives to provide a well-rounded MBA curriculum and a flexible student experience, giving learners the option to start the program at multiple times throughout the year. Students in the MBA program who are currently employed are encouraged to share their work experiences as it relates to their courses; this helps provide a rich context to course topics. We value the distinct diversity that our students’ ages, backgrounds, and career stages contribute to the whole program.

Xavier’s online MBA program can be completed in two to three years. In addition, the 8-week course allows for unprecedented flexibility.
